Just For You(th)
We provide a variety of supports for the children and youth in our care; for older youth, we focus that support on helping them to prepare to live independently.
When youth in care turn 18, they are no longer legally ‘children in care.’ They begin their lives as independent adults, sometimes before they are ready, and sometimes without the support of a strong and caring family.
In addition to providing life skills workshops and a drop-in facility at our office, we also provide information on financial assistance, post-secondary education, local health resources, employment, housing and legal assistance.
